MorgarOT Rules

MorgarOT is an online role-playing game where players from all over the world gather every day. To ensure that the game remains enjoyable for everyone, we expect all players to behave reasonably and respectfully at all times.

We reserve the right to intervene against any form of destructive behavior in the game, on the official website, or within any part of our services. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following offenses:

1. Names

Offensive Name

Names that are insulting, racist, sexually explicit, drug-related, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Name Containing Forbidden Advertising

Names that advertise third-party brands, products, or services; content unrelated to the game; or trades for real money.

Name Supporting Rule Violation

Names that support, incite, announce, or imply a violation of the MorgarOT Rules.

2. Statements

Offensive Statement

Statements that are insulting, racist, sexually related, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Spamming

Excessively repeating identical or similar statements, or using poorly formatted or nonsensical text.

Forbidden Advertising

Advertising third-party products, services, or unrelated content, including real-money trades.

Off-Topic Public Statement

Religious, political, or otherwise off-topic public messages not related to the channel or board.

Violating Language Restriction

Using languages other than English in channels or boards where English is explicitly required.

Disclosing Personal Data of Others

Revealing personal information about other individuals.

Supporting Rule Violation

Statements that support, incite, announce, or imply a rule violation.

3. Cheating

Bug Abuse

Exploiting obvious errors or unintended mechanics in the game or any other MorgarOT service.

Multi-Clienting

Players may log into multiple characters, but only one character may be outside protection zones at a time . Additional clients may be used for storage, market, or house management inside safe areas — not for combat, scouting, loot support, or assistance during hunts.

Botting and Cavebot

Botting and cavebot are allowed only if the player remains present and can respond to a staff member check within 1 minute .

If staff reaches out and you do not answer within 1 minute , you may be treated as unattended automation / full AFK cavebotting and punished accordingly.

Punishment severity depends on the situation and prior offenses. Repeat violations will escalate and may result in permanent bans.

4. Real Money Trading (RMT)

Trading Items for Real Money

Buying or selling in-game items, characters, accounts, or premium currency (outside official store or character bazaar) for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any outside payment method is strictly prohibited.

Exception: Purchasing premium currency (coins) directly through MorgarOT's official website is the only permitted real-money transaction.

Third-Party Trading Services

Using, promoting, or facilitating RMT through external websites, Discord servers, forums, or any service that enables real-money trades is prohibited.

Account Lending or Sharing for Profit

Renting accounts, lending characters, or allowing others to play your account in exchange for real-world payment or benefit is prohibited.

Consequences of RMT Violations

Accounts involved in confirmed RMT activity are subject to suspension, permanent account ban, seizure of traded items/currency, and no refund eligibility.

5. MorgarOT

Pretending to be MorgarOT

Claiming to be, or to represent, MorgarOT staff without authorization.

Slandering or Agitating against MorgarOT

Spreading false information or organizing boycotts against MorgarOT or its services.

False Information to MorgarOT

Intentionally providing false or misleading information in reports, bug submissions, or support requests.

6. Legal Issues

Hacking

Attempting to steal or gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or personal data.

Attacking MorgarOT Services

Disrupting, attacking, or damaging the operation of any MorgarOT server, service, or related infrastructure.

Violating Law or Regulations

Violating any applicable law, the MorgarOT Service Agreement, or third-party rights.

Enforcement

Violating or attempting to violate the MorgarOT Rules may result in temporary suspensions, loss of items or progress, or permanent account deletion. Punishments are determined based on severity and prior offenses and may be applied without prior warning .
